When should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in before your session begins and ensure that we start on time. First-time clients need to arrive 15 minutes early for intake and consultation. Late arrivals will still be charged their full session time.

Where can I park and enter?

There is ample free street parking nearby. Entrance is around the back on Spaulding ave. Look for “Shafaa Medical Center” signs and follow into the alley — the entrance will be on your left.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Short notice may incur a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged the full session price with card on file at time of booking. Clients will receive and need to confirm full cancellation policy upon booking.

How early should I arrive for a group events or sound baths?

Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, choose your spot, and get comfortable. This helps you fully relax before the session begins. The gate will be closed 5 minutes after start time for safety and to maintain the sacredness of the ceremony.
